So. We moved out of our home. Marky Mark minus The Funky Bunch and the gorgeous Kate Beckinsale are moving in. Well, kind of. Actually, the characters that they are playing in their latest movie Contraband are. Our house is going to be the home of "Chris" and "Kate" in the movie and we are super excited and still in shock about the whole thing. We turned over the keys to Universal Studios last week at 9 am. By 2:30 pm this is how our house looked. All of our stuff moved out or packed into the rooms they aren't using and painters working furiously. I can't wait to see it all set up for the movie! Meanwhile we get to stay at a beautiful carriage house uptown. Somebody pinch me! I'll keep y'all posted on all the excitement:)
Oh, wow! How exciting! How did that come about? I mean did some come knock at your hour door one day & ask to use it to film a movie. That's so neat. I'd ask for some hang time with mark.... then I'd ask to touch his abs. lol
ReplyDeleteThat's exactly what happened! Someone knocked on our door a few months ago and said have you ever thought about putting your house in a movie? It's been pretty crazy but alot of fun. We don't have Internet where we are staying but I'll be posting more stuff soon!
